The house is located at the hillside of the seaside village of Ravdoucha. It is only 100m from the sea and 500m from the nearest beach. It features unobstructed panoramic sea view and is ideal to enjoy a glass of wine during the magnificent sunset.

Sunset Traditional House lays on the edge of Ravdoucha village in Crete, just 100 meters from the sea.

The house is built on a plot of approximately one acre, and is an ideally quiet and comfortable residence. It features unobstructed panoramic sea and mountain view.

The house has a magnificent view over acres of olive groves. During sunset time, you can enjoy wine or coffee, relax in the balcony of the house and enjoy the breathtaking sunset and the panoramic sea view.

Sunset Traditional House is built with natural materials, entirely of stone and wood, and consists of 3 separate bedrooms with air-conditioning, as well as large closets, a spacious living room with adjoining dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor dining-living area about 40 square meters.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher and all the necessary to cook any kind of food!

At the outer space of the house, there is a private parking, sunbeds and 2 wooden bench. Also, there is a garden area next to the house with many kinds of fruit trees!

It also features a flat-screen satellite TV in the living room and three smaller in the bedrooms, washing machine and free Wi-Fi.

The house is 110 m2.

Sunset Traditional House is located in Ravdoucha, Crete, Greece.

Ravdoucha village is very special, it's the Greece one always dreams of. Perched on a hillside overlooking the sea, breathtaking views, there are a couple wonderful tavernas at the base of the village and two pebble beaches in an impressive setting. There is also a small boat dock, where the fishermen take off. Plenty of opportunities for walking in nature and enjoying the Cretan countryside.

Only 8 km from Ravdoucha is Kolymvari village. Kolymvari village is a tourist resort of Western Crete. It is located on the main coastal road and has almost everything that you may need like pharmacy shops, banks, super markets, restaurants etc.

Ravdoucha is at a nodal point and close to the most famous Cretan beaches such as Falassarna, Elafonisi and Balos.

The House is 30 km from Chania center, 35 km from the port of Souda (Chania), 42 km from Chania airport, 86 km from Rethymno.

Car or motorbike is essential in case you want to explore the beauties of the island.

Access to and from the airport and the city of Chania is easy, via the national road (90 & E65), which is just 6 km from the residence.
